Pine Oak Village is a group of individually styled cape cottages and homes on separate contiguous lots of twenty thousand square feet or more.  The houses are quaint, cozy and comfortable on shaded lots with a gorgeous view of Nantucket Sound and the Stage Harbor Light House.  The property also overlooks a salt marsh teeming with wildlife.  The average distance to the sandy warm water Cockle Cove Beach on Nantucket Sound is approximately one thousand feet.*

All of the houses are fully equipped for year round vacations.  They all have living rooms with fireplaces and central baseboard heat.  There are combinations of two and three bedroom homes with one or two baths and outside showers.  All have televisions with expanded cable and telephones.  Grills (gas and charcoal) and outside furniture are supplied for the decks. Linens can be procured for an extra charge.  Pets are welcome. *(Except for the Dexter House - separate description) 

We are a about one-half mile from bike paths, a very short walk to a salt water pond (Taylors pond) which is ideal for kayaking and cannoing out to Nantucket Sound and a short drive away from the National Seashore.

Fishing, particularly for Bass and Blues is within easy walking distance.  This is also true for shell fishing, which requires a town license.  We can procure this for you before your arrival and (for a fee) provide you with all of the equipment and hopefully all of the instructions for the above adventures.

The rates range from $89.00 per night off season to $2395.00 per week during the peak season. We are open year round.
