Pine Oak Village is a combination of individual cottages, houses and homes in a quiet area with waterfront on a salt marsh full of wildlife. It is a 1000 foot walk to a sandy beach and we a have a gorgeous view of Nantucket Sound and the Stage Harbor Light House. There are accommodations available any time of year and we do allow pets.

Relax in the comfort of an entire home for the price of a motel room:

Winter rates will be in affect from December 3^rd, 2011 until April 28^th, 2012.  Please call for specific rates and dates.  Weekends and Holiday usually fill well in advance.

It has been a pleasure to have been full through mid October and 2011.  Reservations are coming in rapidly for 2012.   There is availability now through the Holidays.  You can click on the Chamber of Commerce link to view all of the festivities in the area.
